A little gnome looking for a home......Giveaway

Thank you to all who are reading my blog and for all your lovely comments. Isn't it lovely to know that others read what we write and (hopefully) take ideas and inspiration into their own lives and blogs..... I am only new to the blogging world and am so enjoying the sharing of ideas, daily activities and creativity.

I LOVE giveaways and swaps, especially those offering handmade goods. So for my first giveaway I thought what more appropriate than a little handmade gnome!

This little gnome was handmade by myself, using all natural materials (except the button). I must give credit to Maria Borrelli of Heartfelt as her lovely Autumn standing gnomes were my inspiration.

To enter all you need to do is leave a comment here by 9pm Sydney time Tuesday 19 October, telling me what you most enjoy about blogging. Please check back 20 October 2010 when the winner will be announced.

Wishing you all good luck :)

  2. I LOVE seeing what others are up to. Blogging helps me get TOO MANY ideas, and fast. We just decided to incorporate Waldorf ideas into our house and homeschool. It was confusing at first but I just jumped on the blogs and now my brain is overflowing with info! Love that!

  5. Not sure if I qualify to enter as i am not yet a blogger - life is so busy with two little ones, uni study, part time work(very part time)and trying to squeeze in some craft when I can! But having a blog is on my list of things to do next year. In the mean time I get so much inspiration and affirmation from all the wonderful Steiner Mamas

  6. I enjoy creating a record of my life - in crochet, weight journey, family and whatever else I feel the need to write about. It is good if others read but It is always just good for me to get some of the things out of my head. You have a lovely blog - You seem to have a natural knack for blogging. :)

  8. well, i am in the states so i don't know if this is open to me, but i wanted to comment anyways. ;) your sweet gnome is precious!!

i was inspired to start blogging because of the warm community i had discovered online who so openly shared ideas, crafts, tutorials, their own patterns, and even giveaways with one another! truly refreshing. i gained so much on so many levels and eventually decided to jump in and give it a try myself so that hopefully i could give something back.
