stopping by to say hello

We picked these freesias from our garden today.....their perfume reminds me so much of spring.

I've been busy in the kitchen and around the house. As always so many things I want to write about but just no time at the moment. Looking forward to sharing more recipes and some crafting with you this week.

  3. Gorgeous flowers! Im loving your traditional food series so far and eager for more :) I made the fish soup (for lunch) very yummy indeed! I could feel all the cells in my body soaking up all the goodness as it went down.

  4. Gorgeous flowers. Spring is definitely in the air! I have recently found your wonderful site and I must say am loving it! Thank you for all the beautiful inspiration and nourishing food. We are currently transitioning to a more traditional way of eating so enjoying your new food series. I'm finding incorporating broth into our meals a little challenging sometimes but working on it, luckily my two little boys are enjoying sipping on it before there dinner!

    2. Hi Natalie, Just saw your meatballs Yummo! Those will be on the dinner menu next week. I'll let you know how I go. I've been purchasing my bone broth from star anise organic wholefoods (very delicious) but successfully made a fish stock last week so going to try a beef stock next. Have a lovely day x
