The South Coast: with four children in tow

We arrived home late Sunday afternoon with bags full of dirty laundry and a camera full of memories. 990 to be exact. I'm sharing just a few of my favourites. I'll share some more as I sort through them. We stayed in the most lovely home in the lush countryside of Berry. A bit of a contrast to the camping down the coast earlier in the year. We will be going back soon, I hope.

Some of our favourite outings:
  • The Blue Swimmer, Gerroa for a delicious lunch, preceded by a play in the playground just opposite.
  • Local Saturday Market in Gerroa Community Hall, extremely small and quaint, however the most authentic and delicious lamingtons baked by a local grandma. $9 for a dozen.
  • Berry Sourdough Cafe for breakfast - local organic eggs, freshly squeezed orange juice and of course amazing sourdough.
  • The Village Craft Shop in Gerringong, just opposite the playground on the main street. Some divine knitted goodness, handmade dolly clothes (and lots of other 'unique' crafts).....all so very affordable.

  1. What absolutely beautiful photos!

  2. Absolutely Gorgeous! Sounds like a wonderful littlr get away. Look forward to seeing more photos. Ps love the new photo on your header;-)

Thanks for your sharing your thoughts. I love hearing from you and will respond to any questions in the comments sections. Natalie
