E-cookbook: your thoughts please?

So I have been thinking for some time about an e-cookbook. I have been experimenting with new recipes and keeping notes and have decided now is the time.

I am writing it to share my love of creating nourishing food for my family, to help those wanting to transition to real food and for those who love real food, to give you some new inspiration.

As my readers, what is it that would help you? What would you like to see in my e-cookbook?

I know sometimes it takes a while to comment on blogs, so if easier please leave your feedback on my facebook page here or by email (thelittlegnomeshome@gmail.com). I would so much love to hear your thoughts.

  2. this is so exciting! I think we have similar views on food and whole foods - I eat an organic, primarily vegetarian diet (although I occasionally make exceptions for meat I feel meets my criteria - but that usually means eating meat once or twice a year!). we eat raw dairy. I'd be keen for any new combinations or ideas and look forward to seeing this project come to fruition! x

  4. This sounds like a fantastic idea Nicole I always enjoy your whole food recipes. I looked through your recipes and I love how you've covered a wide range of dishes from snacks to main meals. Today I was looking for healthy baked goods for my girls and struggled to find recipes, also vegetarian dishes I always love trying more. I can't wait to see what you create. xx

  5. I would LOVE to see written the REAL basics, things like how to make stock, and even how to ask your fish monger/butcher to give you the pieces you need - thats often the scariest part!!
how to actually use gelatine (there arent instructions on the jar, and i often find mine doesnt dissolve well.... what do i do?!!)
and the whys. you often write on your blogs about food to only boil something for so long, or to do this or that, what are the reasons will help us to better understand, and i think, remember. why do we only use this particular oil and not this one, or this one only for this type of dish (such as olive oil not heated etc), what sort of salt is best for us and why. it may be also helpful to have a list of stockists for those very hard to find ingredients, or preferred brands over others AND THE REASONS please!!

I cant wait to read it - I am also happy to be invited over to taste test anything before you add it to your book!
